Bake Shop 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Luncheon: 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Take out will be available.
Sweepstakes drawing: 2:00 p.m.
Bazaar luncheon menu: Famous hot roast beef sandwiches, hot dogs & chips; fruit, desserts and beverage

Holiday Bazaar

Christmas/Holiday Bazaar sponsored by Council of Catholic Women

All parishioners, women, men and teenagers are encouraged to participate in the Christmas/Holiday Bazaar.

Your help is appreciated and it is a great way to meet other members of the parish. Please check the areas you are willing to help with. Volunteers will be contacting you before the Bazaar to schedule times for working and/or remind you of luncheon items you had signed up for.

Bazaar Luncheon: Help is needed preparing & serving the luncheon and waiting on tables in the dining area and cleaning up. We need desserts (pies, bars, brownies, cakes, etc.) for the luncheon. Any extra desserts will be available for sale in the Bake Shop.

We need fresh fruit for the luncheon. We need pineapple, melons, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, apples and clementines.

Bake Shop: Help is needed in setting up, during the Bazaar and cleanup as well as donations of baked goods, etc. Baked goods can be pies, breads, cookies, cakes, any baked item would be greatly appreciated.

Crafts: Crafts are needed and help setting up, etc. If you have craft items to donate to the Bazaar, please bring them to the Parish Center beginning Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021.

Children’s Christmas Shop: Help is needed in set up, cashiering, donations, etc. A “Children’s Christmas Shop” will enable school-age children to purchase Christmas gifts for their family. Prices will range from $.50 up to $5. These are all NEW items. Some examples of gift items are: Christmas ornaments, Christmas music, toys, figurines, candles/holders, grooming sets, jewelry, gloves, socks, ties, baby items, potholders, perfume, lotions, tool sets, etc.
